沖調法: 一包大豆精華加小半杯室溫水沖泡，攪拌至豆粉完全溶解。最後再加冷熱水皆可，即可飲用。


It is rich in protein and folic acid; and contains isoflavones, lecithin, amino acids, vitamins (B1, B2, B6, E) and minerals such as potassium, iron, and zinc that the human body needs but cannot produce by itself.
